1.1 About the Platform

ned48 is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino and slot gaming services for users in Bangladesh. In this document, "we", "ned48" or "Platform" refers to ned48 and its operating entity.

1.2 Key Definitions

• "User" or "Member" — any person who holds a registered account on ned48.

• Placing bets on behalf of others, or allowing others to use your account, is prohibited.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ned48 is ৳200. This limit applies across all methods. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily restricted if an active bonus wagering requirement is in place.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ned48 offers a 120% bonus on your first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳10,000 will earn you an additional ৳12,000 as a bonus. The maximum bonus amount is ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 20 times (20x). This means the bonus funds become withdrawable only after you have placed bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. For example, receiving a ৳10,000 bonus requires a total of ৳200,000 in bets before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bets placed with bonus funds will count towards meeting the bonus conditions.
• If you withdraw before the conditions are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified period; they will be cancelled automatically upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.4 VIP Program

The ned48 VIP program has three tiers. Tiers advance through regular play and weekly cashback increases accordingly:

• Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. A bet will not be accepted if the user's account does not have sufficient balance. ned48 reserves the right to set and change market limits.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Pre-match and live betting are available across various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi.
• Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and international matches.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ned48's rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ned48 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

6.3 Casino Games

ned48 offers slots, live casino, fishing games and many other game types. The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are shown in the game interface. The terms of game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and others) may also apply.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server downtime or a technical problem, ned48 will determine the outcome based on the last valid game state. Disconnection from the internet is the user's own responsibility.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Using software bots, scripts or automated tools.
• Attempting to manipulate the game system or exploit technical advantages.
